Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup cantaloupe, cubed

1 cup grapes, washed and stemmed

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup yogurt (strawberry or vanilla flavored)

2 tablespoons honey (optional)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

10 wooden skewers (6-inch in length)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Wash and prepare all your fruits by hulling strawberries, cubing cantaloupe, and slicing kiwi. Place them in separate bowls to keep things organized.

Mixing Drizzle: In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with honey (if using) and lemon juice until well combined. This will serve as a delicious dipping sauce.

Assemble the Skewers: Take a wooden skewer and begin threading the fruit onto the stick in an alternating pattern for visual appeal. Consider using strawberries, followed by mini marshmallows, then pineapple, grapes, cantaloupe, and ending with kiwi. Repeat until all skewers are assembled.

Garnish: If desired, place a fresh mint leaf at the end of each skewer for a pop of color and added freshness.

Serve and Enjoy: Arrange the skewers on a serving platter with a bowl of yogurt drizzle on the side. Perfect for school snacks or a wholesome treat!
