1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, grated

1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snap peas, trimmed

1 carrot, julienned

2 green onions, chopped

Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Marinate the Beef: In a small bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes while you prep the veggies.

    Prep the Veggies: Slice the bell pepper, trim the snap peas, and julienne the carrot. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

      Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

        Add the Beef: Toss in the marinated beef in a single layer and let it sear for about 2-3 minutes without stirring. Once it starts to brown, stir the meat and cook for an additional 2 minutes until cooked through.

          Add the Veggies: Add the bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry everything together for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
