4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups ripe peaches, pitted and diced (about 3 medium peaches)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil
