Ingredients

2 cups of seedless grapes (red or green)

1 ½ cups of granulated sugar

½ cup of water

1 teaspoon of cotton candy flavoring (or grape flavored extract)

Pinch of salt

Optional: edible glitter for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Grapes: Wash the grapes thoroughly under cold water and then pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure they are completely dry to help the sugar mixture stick.

Make the Cotton Candy Syrup: In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, water, cotton candy flavoring, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to dissolve the sugar completely.

Heat the Mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the syrup thickens slightly.

Coat the Grapes: Carefully dip each grape into the cotton candy syrup, allowing any excess syrup to drip off. Use a skewer or a fork to make this easier. Place the coated grapes on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake: Once all grapes are coated, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the syrup has set but the grapes are still juicy. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

Cool and Garnish: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the grapes cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle a touch of edible glitter over the grapes for an extra whimsical touch.

Serve: Once cooled, serve your One-Pan Cotton Candy Grapes immediately as a fun snack or dessert. They can also be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
