Ingredients
  

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

Extra graham cracker crumbs for topping

Extra mini marshmallows for garnishing

Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the mixture resembles wet sand.

      Assemble the Crust:

        - Divide the crust mixture evenly among the bottom of your serving jars (approximately 6 jars). Press down firmly using the back of a spoon to create a packed crust layer.

          Make the Cheesecake Filling:

            - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.

              - Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.

                Whip the Cream:

                  - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.

                    Fold Together:

                      - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully integrated, ensuring not to deflate the whipped cream.

                        Add the Chocolates and Marshmallows:

                          - Stir in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips into the cheesecake mixture until evenly distributed.

                            Layer the Cheesecake Jars:

                              - Spoon or pipe a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust in each jar.
