1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (optional, for an extra boost)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (plus more for topping)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth and creamy. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt, mixing well until everything is fully combined.
