1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, plus extra for rolling

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if preferred)
