Ingredients
  

1 pound ground beef or turkey

1 packet taco seasoning mix

1 cup refried beans

1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup guacamole

1 package mini tortilla cups (about 24 cups)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Sliced jalapeƱos (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Cook the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.

    Season the Meat: Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions, typically about 5 minutes, adding a splash of water if needed. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
