1 lb ground chicken

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

1/2 cup carrots, finely shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cook the Chicken Filling: In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

      Add Vegetables & Sauce: Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the teriyaki sauce, sliced green onions, and shredded carrots. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring until everything is well combined. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

        Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Use a rolling pin or your hands to flatten each biscuit into a small circle (about 4 inches in diameter).

          Assemble the Bakes: Place a spoonful (about 1 tablespoon) of the chicken filling in the center of each biscuit circle. Top with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese. Fold the biscuit over to create a crescent shape and pinch the edges to seal.
