Mini Chicken Taco Pizza Slices

1 pre-made pizza dough or naan bread

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup taco seasoning (or to taste)

1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

1/2 cup refried beans

1/2 cup salsa

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Sour cream for drizzling (optional)

1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). If using pizza dough, roll it out on a floured surface to desired thickness. If using naan, you can skip this step.

    In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with taco seasoning until well coated. If you prefer, you can also sauté the seasoned chicken for a few minutes in a skillet to warm it up and deepen the flavor.

      Spread a thin layer of refried beans evenly over the pizza dough or naan.

        Spread salsa over the refried beans, ensuring it's evenly distributed.

          Top with the seasoned chicken, then sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese.

            Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives on top of the cheese.

              Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the dough are golden brown.

                Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing it into mini pizza-style slices.

                  Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro. Drizzle some sour cream over the top and serve with sliced avocado on the side if you'd like.
