4 small whole wheat pita breads

1 ripe avocado

1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup fresh corn (cooked or canned)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, sliced jalapeƱos, crumbled feta cheese
