2 cups cooked turkey breast, shredded or diced

1 avocado, diced

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup toasted walnuts or almonds

Zest and juice of 2 lemons

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
