2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head iceberg lettuce or butter lettuce, leaves separated

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts for added crunch

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder. Mix well until you have a smooth dressing.
