Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon fresh dill (or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Coat the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Generously spoon the honey mustard mixture over each fillet, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Bake the Salmon: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Garnish and Serve: Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh dill sprigs for an extra pop of color and flavor.

Enjoy: Pair your honey mustard baked salmon with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad to complete your meal!
