6 large flour tortillas

12 slices of smoked ham

12 slices of Swiss cheese (or your favorite cheese)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh spinach leaves (optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for drizzling)

Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

    Spread Mixture on Tortillas: Lay out each flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, covering it evenly.

      Layer Ham and Cheese: Place 2 slices of smoked ham on top of the cream cheese layer, followed by 2 slices of Swiss cheese. If using, add a few fresh spinach leaves for extra flavor and crunch.
