2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Croutons (optional, for crunch)

Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

    Grill the Chicken: Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

      Slice the Chicken: After resting, slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.

        Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently until everything is well coated.

          Assemble the Wraps: Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the Caesar salad mixture in the center, followed by sliced grilled chicken. If desired, sprinkle croutons for added crunch.
