Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 cups mixed fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana)

1 cup granola (your choice, ideally low-sugar)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to sweeten)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Wash and chop the fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces. If using bananas, slice them just before assembling to prevent browning.

Mix Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, if you’re using plain Greek yogurt, add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine until smooth and creamy.

Layer the Parfaits: In clear glasses or bowls, start by adding a couple of spoonfuls of Greek yogurt as the first layer.

Add Granola: Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt, creating a nice texture.

Fruit Layer: Add a generous layer of mixed fresh fruits on top of the granola.

Repeat Layers: Repeat the layers until you fill your glasses or bowls. Aim for at least two to three layers for a beautiful presentation.

Garnish & Serve: Top your parfaits with a drizzle of honey or syrup, a sprinkle of extra granola, and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.

Chill (optional): You can also refrigerate the parfaits for about 30 minutes before serving if you prefer a cooler treat.
