For the Cookie Base:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

For the Frozen Yogurt Layer:

2 cups vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for sprinkling)

For the Topping:

1/4 cup chocolate chips (for drizzling)

1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

    Make the Cookie Dough: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the butter mixture and blend until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.

        Bake the Cookie Base: Press two-thirds of the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking pan. Save the remaining dough for the topping. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until lightly golden and set. Let it cool completely.

          Prepare the Frozen Yogurt Layer: While the cookie base cools, combine the vanilla yogurt with mini marshmallows in a mixing bowl. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the cooled cookie base.

            Add the Top Layer: Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the yogurt layer. (It’s okay if it doesn't cover completely — some yogurt will be visible).

              Sprinkle Toppings: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows over the top layer.

                Freeze: Place the entire pan in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is firm.

                  Prepare Chocolate Drizzle: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frozen yogurt bars just before serving.

                    Serve: Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares. Enjoy the refreshing and delicious combination of flavors!
