Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey (plus extra for drizzling)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans), chopped

1/2 cup granola

1/4 cup dried fruit (like cranberries or raisins)

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and smooth.

Prepare the Add-Ins: In another bowl, mix the chopped nuts, granola, dried fruit, and a pinch of sea salt if using.

Combine: Fold the nut and fruit mixture into the yogurt mixture until everything is evenly distributed.

Form the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, drop clusters of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Each cluster should be roughly the size of a golf ball.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until solid.

Serve: Once frozen, you can enjoy the clusters right away or transfer them to an airtight container for longer storage. Drizzle with extra honey before serving for an added sweetness.

Enjoy: Take out the desired number of clusters and let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes to soften slightly before devouring!
