Frozen Yogurt Cinnamon Toast Melts

Ingredients
  

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

4 slices of cinnamon raisin bread

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granola

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh fruit (such as sliced strawberries or bananas) for topping

Whipped cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and creamy. Set aside.

    Cinnamon Sugar Mix: In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey (or sugar) to create a cinnamon sugar mixture. This will be used for topping the toast.

      Toast the Bread: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of the cinnamon raisin bread slices with melted butter. Place them on a baking sheet and sprinkle each slice lightly with the cinnamon sugar mix. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and golden.

        Add Yogurt Topping: Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven. Immediately spread a generous layer of the yogurt mixture on top of each slice of toast.

          Add Granola and Chocolate Chips: Sprinkle granola evenly across the yogurt-topped bread and add mini chocolate chips if desired for extra sweetness and crunch.

            Freeze: Place the prepared bread slices on a baking sheet and pop them in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the yogurt layer is firm.

              Serve: Once frozen, remove the slices from the freezer and top with fresh fruit. For an indulgent touch, add a dollop of whipped cream on the side. Enjoy immediately!
