Ingredients

4 cups watermelon, seedless and cubed

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Blend the Watermelon: In a blender, add the cubed watermelon and blend until smooth. If desired, you can sweeten it with honey based on your taste. Add the lime juice and pinch of salt, then blend again until incorporated.

Prepare Kiwi Layer: In a separate bowl, mash or puree the kiwi slices with a fork. Stir in a splash of coconut water for a smoother consistency and an extra touch of flavor.

Layer the Pops: Pour half of the blended watermelon into your popsicle molds, filling them about halfway. Use a spoon to gently add the kiwi mixture on top, then pour the remaining watermelon blend over the kiwi layer to fill each mold.

Insert Sticks: Carefully insert the popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered and the mixture doesn't overflow.

Freeze: Place the popsicles in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Serve & Enjoy: Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the pops. Enjoy these refreshing Fruity Chill Pops on a hot summer day!
