Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your choice of yogurt)

1 cup fresh raspberries (you can also use frozen raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: finely chopped mint for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Raspberries: If using fresh raspberries, rinse them gently under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If using frozen, you can let them thaw slightly or use them as is for a more icy texture.

Blend the Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk well until fully incorporated and smooth.

Fold in Raspberries: Gently fold in the raspberries into the yogurt mixture. Aim to keep some raspberries whole for texture and bursts of flavor.

Scoop into a Tray: Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, drop small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the tray, spacing them about an inch apart.

Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for about 2-4 hours or until the yogurt dots are completely frozen.

Serve: Once fully frozen, remove the tray from the freezer. Use a spatula to gently lift the dots off the parchment paper. If desired, sprinkle with finely chopped mint for a fresh touch before serving.

Store: Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
