Ingredients

2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the ripe mango chunks, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mango yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion while freezing. Tap the molds lightly on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

Insert Sticks: If using wooden sticks, insert them into the molds according to the mold's instructions. If your molds have a lid, place the lid on before inserting the sticks.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully solid. For best results, leave them overnight.

Unmold the Pops: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them. Gently pull on the sticks to release the pops.

Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy immediately, or store the popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Perfect for a refreshing treat on a hot day!
