Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 ripe banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup rolled oats (optional, for added texture)

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen berries, banana, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. If using, also add the rolled oats and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Incorporate Chia Seeds: Once the mixture is smooth, add the chia seeds and pulse the blender a few times to combine. Avoid over-blending, as you want the chia seeds to maintain their texture.

Set the Mixture: Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking dish. Spread it evenly with a spatula to ensure uniform thickness.

Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Slice and Serve: Once fully frozen, remove the dish from the freezer. Lift the mixture out of the dish using the parchment paper. Carefully slice into bars of your desired size.

Garnish (Optional): If you like, you can top the bars with additional fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of coconut flakes before serving.

Store: Place the sliced bars in an airtight container separated by parchment paper. Store them in the freezer for up to 2 weeks, enjoying them straight from the freezer!
