1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced

1 medium red onion, sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Tortillas for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
