1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

8 small taco-size corn tortillas

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut chicken breasts into thin cutlets. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

    Breading Setup: Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
