Cold Chicken Caesar Pasta Wraps

2 cups cooked rotini pasta (chilled)

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas or spinach wraps

Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken and Pasta: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled rotini pasta and shredded chicken. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly shredded for better texture in the wraps.

    Mix in the Vegetables: Add the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese to the chicken and pasta mixture.

      Dress the Salad: Pour the Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss everything together until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the dressing if needed for flavor.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon 1/4 of the chicken Caesar pasta mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up from the bottom to the top to form a tightly wrapped wrap.

          Repeat: Repeat the assembly process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

            Chill and Serve: Once all wraps are assembled, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill. This allows the flavors to meld together.

              Garnish and Plate: When ready to serve, remove the wraps from the fridge, cut them in half, and place them on a platter. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
