    In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until fully combined. Pour this egg mixture into the bowl with the corn and dry ingredients, and gently fold everything together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are okay!

      Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

        While the air fryer is preheating, shape the corn mixture into small nugget-sized balls or patties. This recipe should yield around 12-14 nuggets, depending on size.
