1 large bunch of kale

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Wash the kale thoroughly under cold water, then dry it completely using a salad spinner or by patting it down with a clean kitchen towel.

      Tear the kale leaves away from the tough stems into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

        In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, smoked paprika (if using), and black pepper until well combined.

          Pour the garlic-infused oil mixture over the kale pieces, and use your hands to massage the oil into the leaves, ensuring they are evenly coated.

            Spread the kale in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd the leaves for even crisping.

              Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and slightly golden. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning!
